About Dorris Ranch

Dorris Ranch park is a 250 acre park and situated on a bend of the Willamette River. First settled in 1852, this beautiful beautiful property features miles of hiking trails. It is also an historic hazelnut orchard. Founded in 1892, it is the oldest working hazelnut orchard in Oregon. The property also features a pioneer cabin replica constructed to recreate the cabin that would have housed the Masterson family in 1852. There is also a large “plank house” build in the style of the northwest coast Indians.
