About Lane Community College

Lane Community College (LCC) is the home to many of our summer day camps. LCC is also a valuable higher education resource in our community. They offer a wide variety of programs including transfer credit programs, career and technical degree and certificate programs, continuing education noncredit courses, programs in English as a Second Language (ESL), International ESL, GED programs and even customized training for local businesses. More information is at www.lanecc.edu.

Surrounding the main campus at LCC are hundreds of acres of forest, meadow, savannah, stream, and wetland habitats. This surrounding natural area provides our camp programs with seemingly endless opportunities to explore, discover, learn, and steward the land. LCC is also buffered to the south by Suzanne Arlie Park, a 500+ acre city nature preserve. This provides ample wildlife habitat and makes this location like a little wilderness in our own backyard.
