About Spencer Butte Park

Spencer Butte Park is a wonderful wilderness right in our backyard. Located just south of Eugene, the park offers a great diversity of wildlife, beautiful mature forests, and access to miles of hiking trails. We are very lucky to be able to operate some of our camps here. Please note that Spencer Butte Park does not provide us with a bathroom during the non-Summer months. We will be teaching students how to safely and ethically take care of business in the woods. However, it is always a good idea to be sure that kids have gone potty before camp begins.

Directions to Spencer Butte Park:
From Eugene Head South on Willamette St.
At E 32nd keep right to stay on Willamette St.
Continue on Willamette all the way until it heads past 52nd St and out of town.
Pass the first trailhead on your left for the Ridgeline Trail. This is not the meeting area.
As you crest a hill watch for the Spencer Butte Park sign on your left. Turn Left in to the parking area.
